Thank you for the video "Adding a Stamp to a Punch"  It is excellent!!!  Is it my imagination or is MDS Program background a nice shade of purple.  Mine is an ugly gray.  How did you get purple?

that sounds like really cool custom DSP!  what a great idea!

now with MDS2 you can take that new dsp image a step further!  if you want the same paper in a different color, but don't want to spend time recreating it and saving it, etc... just use the new RECOLOR tool!  I just love it!

I did what Merri Jensen suggested.... I filled a whole page with the Chevron 2 stamp from Decorative Overlays, shanged the colour to Soft Suede, exported it to a JPG, copied and pasted into the folder path Erica suggested and filled a punch with it.  I love it... Thank you ladies!

How can I add a paper fill to my stamps?

Thank you so much for these instructions...I knew there must be some way to do this and thought I'd try wandering through the forums and found your video!   I filled the circle punch with the textured stamp.  Very happy with the results!  My page is in my gallery labeled  "The Groom" - I didn't want to take up space here!

AWESOME Technique!  Thanks so much for making a video of this, AND on a MAC too. I like the hint about doing the whole folder on the MAC too. LOVE IT!

Sorry that picture was so big!   New at this!  I should mention, if you put a mat around the punch with this technique, it truly is a mat, it doesn't fill the image like the copied stamp you showed does.  So, if you really wanted to have the background colored you would probably have to change it before you save the jpeg of your colored stamp.
