I am still new to My Digital Studio, and I am constantly amazed when the things I make with the software turn out exactly how I envisioned them—especially when I use MDS in conjunction with my e-cutter! For some reason I always expect it to go wrong, but it never does! Cutting MDS SVG files on an e-cutter is so, so easy.

I have a very simple hybrid project for you today, a sturdy recipe box. Gold flatware is very on trend right now, so I cut out a set to adorn the front of the recipe box.

I made the dividers with the fabulous Envelope Punch Board and simple recipe cards that I sized and printed from MDS. It's all ready for me to start collecting some delicious, new recipes.

I used the Made from Scratch Recipes Designer Template for the flatware and the What Goes In Designer Template for the recipe cards.

Hope you like my simple, but ever-so-cute project today.

Hi ladies, I made the box myself out of the thick card that comes with the DSP. I will see if I can upload a tutorial on here

Great project. Is there any way you can provide us with details on the box and sizes of the recipe cards. I have a customer who's asking (not that I wouldn't love to make that stunning box myself).

Sorry if this is a dumb question--but I'm not seeing/understanding how you made the box. Is that a template you made and cut by hand, or did you use an MDS template for it, or another ecutter template perhaps? I understand it is probably not appropriate to give a brand name or link if the template is for sale by you or someone else, I would just like to know what method was used. Thanks :-)
