Print Product Update (US and CAN only)

Print Product Ordering Availability
We appreciate your continued patience as we transition to our new print vendor. Unfortunately, we are not ready at this point to announce a date for when printing will be available again.

We are currently working on print quality, and are reviewing each of our different print products to ensure that the new vendor meets our standards for coordinating with our Stampin' Up! colors. After the review is complete, we will have a much better feel for how close we are to making ordering available again. We will post another update here on MyDigitalStudio.net on Friday, June 27, at noon (MT).

Updated Print Product Pricing
While we cannot provide a specific date for ordering availability today, we have finalized the price changes that we explained in our last update (which you can read here). You can see those new prices in the Print Pricing PDF here (US/CAN), or by going to the Print Products page here.

Please feel free to post your comments and questions here.

Update: we will be reviewing products at our new print vendor on Friday, June 27, at noon, so we will post additional details here before 5:00 PM (MT).

The new price list doesn't have pricing for the Project Life cards. Could you please add that pricing in too? Thanks!

This is so frustrating! I have a new customer anxiously waiting to print albums that were to be a gift for an anniversary celebration July 10. There is no way she will get them by then :(. She has been waiting since the start of June to print.Such a disappointment and not a good first experience with SU! and MDS. I hope this transition is done soon.

i have to admit this is driving me crazy not being able to print when I have tons of projects myself that need to be printed.  I am all for upgrades but I dont think we were informed to prepare and it has been almost a month I already missed out on three major events I needed photobooks printed and now I am hoping the downloads I have we work with the new adjustments

THANK YOU for taking the time to get the printing services spot on.  I had so many problems uploading my book for the first time that I thought it would be the last.  I will give it one more try with the new vender and hope for the best.  I willing to try again because your customer service people were so spot on wonderful.

Thanks for confirming, SU! - It is too bad, that $10 difference is huge. Hopefully you can "nag" them into a better price point eventually. I've really liked the landscape for some past projects but I won't be using it in hardcover at that price.

Hey Suzanne, nope, no mistake on the hardcover pricing. We only increased our prices where our new print vendor's costs were higher. They are able to produce the portrait hardcover book for a similar cost to our previous print vendor, so we didn't increase our prices there. The cost for landscape hardcover books, however, was higher so we had to increase our pricing.

Any ETA yet?  I'm getting nervous about having some project deadlines met ~

I think there HAS to be a misprint on the 8 1/2 x 11 hardcover pricing. How can the landscape format be $10 more than the portrait format? There is (as before) no price difference in the softcover.
