Comment by Jean Fitch on October 2, 2012 at 1:09pm Sharon...you were doing better than I was. I was totally lost and witless trying to interpret what I was seeing. :D Thanks to you and Andrea for "splaining" (as Ricky Ricardo would say) these too me. Totally missed the sense of the info postcard too though it helps to actually be able to read what it says. Thanks guys for putting it bigger here in the post. Now I "get it". I really, really love the woodcuts for MDS that are showing up. Those are next on my list of must haves. Now to figure out how to draw some pictures of my own to drop on top of the etch a sketch screen. That was one of my favorite toys as a kid. Would it be too weird to drop the Etch a sketch on top of the shirt for a different look? I like the idea of the "pumpkin pi" on the shirt too.
Thanks guys for "splaining" and getting my creative juices flowing this morning.
Comment by Andrea Bowden on October 2, 2012 at 11:48am Sharon, the "draw a line" is literally an Etch-a-Sketch concept. I'll definitely be wearing the Generic Halloween shirt this year...haha!
And, a definite not-to-miss is the infographic. If you look closely in the image above, you will see that there are alternate designs for each portion of the infographic postcard.
Comment by Sharon McCartney on October 2, 2012 at 9:00am Okay -- maybe the caffeine hasn't kicked in this morning, but I'm not getting the Draw A Line/Etch A Sketch one. I get Pumpkin Pie and Fork in the Road, but I'm drawing a blank. Can someone explain? :)
