Fun and Fast MDS Project—for Valentine’s Day—or Any Day!

When I saw this download I knew I had to have it—it's such a fun idea! And—bonus, I knew that I could manage to get it done very quickly.

You can simply use it as the standard template, as I did, as a card and framable piece of art, or even a cute accent pillow.

I also thought how cute it would be if I really personalized it—adding mine and my husband's name. I even used the color picker tool to match the colors to our bedding. I think it's a fun way to show your partner in crime how much you love them!

There are also some extra stamps that come in the download, so if you and your partner especially love watching Friends reruns together, you can swap out one of the couples in the standard template and replace it with Ross & Rachel. How fun is that!

All of these projects were very quick and easy to do. The hardest part was finding the right pillow to use—it's nearly impossible to find a small pillow with a zipper and one that doesn't have a design on it. I made two pillows. On one I ended up using an accent pillow that had a design on it, I transferred the image onto the blank backside of the pillow with an iron-on transfer sheet. (To get a good iron transfer, simply open it up a bit and take the stuffing out, then iron, and stitch it back up.) Another option if you're comfortable on a sewing machine is to make your own little accent pillow.

Edward and Bella are those Twilight kids
Tristan and Isolde is another fairy tale (or perhaps legend)- I saw a movie of that name.
Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy are from Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin.

I like your idea of Penny and Leonard from Big Bang Theory - that would be fun.

The additional names will be found within your stamps under You & Me. There is 1 template in which you can swap out names should you choose to. I hope that helps.

I downloaded the new You & Me with all the couples names...it says you can choose a different one if you want...I like the other one better...I mean it has Edward & Bella...hello....where do I find it?
