I could not resist the Wonderland Party Ensemble (AU/NZ) for my daughter's seventh birthday. I only officially started planning about a week and a half before, but that’s the beauty of My Digital Studio, everything came together so quickly!

Here’s what I made with the ensemble and some coordinating traditional products.

1. Invitations:

2. Decorations:

  • Banners
  • Signs
  • Circle streamers and confetti (Inspired by the embellishment in the download.)

3. Party favors:

  • Bag
  • Notebook
  • Key chain
  • Lip balm
  • Deck of cards

4. Food:

  • Cupcake toppers
  • Flags for the straws and lid covers for the drink jars
  • My sister made those tarts with the heart-shaped strawberries. (Get it . . . Queen of Hearts?) They were so delicious!

My daughter was so happy with how everything came together which made me happy to be her mom and grateful for My Digital Studio. I have to give a shout out to my other sister for these awesome pictures. And to my mom who hosted the party and helped out with everything. (I have the BEST family!)

At the party we:

  • Had a tea party.
  • Went on a treasure hunt and pretended to follow Alice through Wonderland.
  • Played croquet.
  • Colored pictures.
  • Watched Jenna open her presents.
  • Ate cupcakes and fruit tarts.

I forgot to take step-by-step photos of each project, but I have plans to show you each project in more detail in upcoming posts. What would you like to learn more about?

Kim, Sorry, somehow I missed your question about the lip balm. I used clear packing tape. It's the exact width. I'm going to do another blog post soon so show that step-by-step. :)

Yes, of course, Dorine! ;)

Do we all get invites to your next party?

Oops, forgot to ask--how did you do the lip balms? Did you print on transfer film?

Amazing!! Such the perfect download for her party and it looks perfect in the outdoor space you had!

Okay--thanks, Lindsey...the pictures were too small for me to see the stitches :-O

Dorine, I followed this awesome tutorial by Janet Wakeland. http://remarkablycreated.com/2013/02/my-digital-studio-monday-print...

It can be a little tricky, but once you get it set up for your printer it works pretty well.

Kimberly, I used my sewing machine. I fed the circles through right in a row. Worked great and it's really fun! Same thing with the playing cards and the banners.
