This was one of our favorite challenges to date--so many of you contributed and shared your Free Fonts with us! We have a few honorable mentions to make below before announcing this week's winner, but feel free to keep tagging your samples with the "Free Font" tag.

Now, on to this week’s winner. Drum roll please…
Julie Davidse with her Homecoming page! Congratulations, Julie! We loved the combination of fonts that you used. Well done!
Now, Your next challenge? Create a sample using the specific color combination below. It can be any project type, just make sure that you love it! Get creative and have some fun!
The color combination is Pool Party, Calypso Coral, More Mustard, Crushed Curry, and Island Indigo. Here’s a quick way to add that color combination to your Favorites in the MDS 2 Color Palette:

Also, it can’t hurt your chances if other people think your sample is grand too, so make sure to blog, tweet, post, and pin it everywhere you can. Ask your friends to sign up for MyDigitalStudio.net so they can like, favorite, and comment on your sample here.
The prize? As usual, one download for free, but this time it will be from the downloads released on Tuesday, March 12!
Happy designing! And don’t forget to tag your samples with “Color Combo 3” before Friday, March 8, at noon (MT). Click here for the official rules.
Make sure to include the capitals and quotation marks in your tag. If your sample has been tagged correctly, you’ll be able to find it under Samples by clicking on the new link: Color Combo 3.

Comment by Kimberly Van Diepen on February 25, 2013 at 10:45am Heidi I love the quotes idea you used on your layout. I have a book somewhere of all the funny things my kids said. The problem is finding where that "somewhere" is. Thank you for sharing.
Comment by Kimberly Van Diepen on February 25, 2013 at 10:43am Congratulations Julie. This was a FANTASTIC layout and love all your fonts. I especially *LOVE* how you made the ribbon bows sticking out of the paper. Genius and scrap lifting that idea.
Comment by Cindy Schuster on February 23, 2013 at 9:57pm Congrats Julie! Way to go Mentions! All great work!
Comment by Stampin' Up! on February 23, 2013 at 9:33pm Nope, the Resource Palette is on your left, Design Center on your right. The Resource Palette has less options than the Design Center, but it is a quicker way to add elements to your project. You should check it out! :)
Comment by stampwithcynthia on February 23, 2013 at 9:32pm Never mind! Thanks for the new tip! That is easy! :)
Comment by stampwithcynthia on February 23, 2013 at 9:16pm Congrats to the Font Winners!!! Loved them all!
Stampin' Up! don't you mean go to the resource palette at the right-hand side of the screen instead of the left-hand...?....I'm still fairly new and I'm a bit confused.
Comment by Cori Kozak on February 23, 2013 at 8:44pm Thanks, cuties! I'm excited!
