Hi Deborah, the quickest option would be to return to your download manager and redownload and install after this time selecting for My Digital Studio. I highly recommend doing it this way because we use some different file types for MDS than Other Applications so you can take full advantage of all the features in the program.

Hi All!
When I originally downloaded all the free digital day downloads, I didn't have MDS, so I downloaded them in the photoshop format. Now I have MDS2+ & would like to import them to it. Is it possible to do that & if so, how would I go about doing it?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

To say it's been a bad week is mild...our computer crashed and we lost everything on the C drive. Atleast our photos have been backed up and my MDS pages up until September so I've only lost 2 months worth. After reinstalling MDS and all my previous download purchases, I realized that I no longer have the freebies that I downloaded in November! Is there any way I can get these back as free or will I need to pay?

Finally found files I had downloaded, thanks to post by Cheryl Marie Naylor.
Search Digital_day_downloads.exe. Then you can unzip file and install in MDS.

II have been trying to download #2 - #5 and haven't been able to down load any of them. I was able to download the first one, but not the others. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. It's the last day to download and am wondering if they will extend it another day so that everyone can have access to downloading. It won't let me take the survey...kicks me back to the Stampin' UP! demo signin page.

Call DS and ask for IT to call you back. They are wonderful. Marilyn called me this am and was able to find the downloads....I had tried downloading at least six times before I called - each time downloads just overwrote. Whew...

So disappointed! I was able to download #5 but not the first four, Unable to access the survey again - not sure what happened. Love #5 though.

If you have a Macintosh and you're seeing a blank web page in Safari when you click the Download link after the survey, go to the Window menu in Safari and look for the Downloads window. If you have a newer Mac, you'll see the Download in your Dock, near the Trash can.
