Used Simple Snapshots, Green Tea, Sprinkled Expressions stamp sets; colors: Yoyo yellow, Tempting Turquoise, Pink Passion; freeform tool to put the yellow dots in the center of the flowers
I used the free and easy Picasa photo-editor to isolate his face in color and the rest b&W
