I don't know if any one else has had this problem but when I go to print the pdf of the new weekly downloads I get the following message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error. Program:C:\Program files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.
It has happened the last three, maybe four weeks when I go to print a copy of the new downloads. Any one else get this message? Do I have a program that needs to be updated? Or is my computer on it's last legs? (I hope not!)

Permalink Reply by John Panzenhagen on June 26, 2012 at 1:25pm I recommend that you have all of the latest 'urgent' and 'important' for Windows. If you are running Windows XP, click start and then all programs. Windows Update should be at the top of the first column. If you are running Windows 7 then click start and type Windows Update. It will display the program and you run it from there. Continue to do this until you have no more 'urgent' and 'important' updates. I may take several times.
Next, download and install the most recent copy of Adobe reader from www.Adobe.com.
Let me know how it goes.

"unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with the package. Error code 2738"
Permalink Reply by Vicki L Evans on June 26, 2012 at 3:06pm I went back to the page and scrolled down further and used the section "reset myself" and it seemed to work. I am now able to print this weeks downloads. Thanks for your help, John. Hopefully next Tuesday it will still be cooperating.
Permalink Reply by John Panzenhagen on June 26, 2012 at 3:31pm I'm glad you got it fixed.
Permalink Reply by Vicki L Evans on July 19, 2012 at 6:32am And I am happy to report that I have had no further issues when printing the weekly downloads. Yeah! I think I needed the Adobe updates because now when I print, the window that pops up definitely looks different than before. What ever the reason, I am glad things are back to normal.
