MDS Freezing after switching the order of a page.

I'm trying to re-arrange the order of my pages in a 5x5 album, at the bottom of the screen and every time I move a page MDS freezes and won't let me do anything. I then have to force quit the program.

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm on a mac version.

I've also had this problem. I thought it was just me but then it did again. Any ideas? I'm also on a Mac.

nope none, It also did it to me with the swatch book. I thought maybe it had to do with the (not so) recent update, I haven't really done anything on MDS since the update, until now, so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it or not. But I never had problems before...

I just played with it on the cruise a lot and I will ask some of the ladies who I learned from if they've had any problems. They were very good on it and also had Mac's.

I'm having the same problem. I also heard from someone on SUDSOL that she is also having the same problem. She said she just downloaded an update and thought that was the probem, but I did not download anything. I used the program for several hours last night and had no difficulty. Very strange. Let me know if you hear of anything, and I keep you posted also.

I'm also using MAC that seems to be the common thread.

I am having the same problem also, but I am on a pc. It did start happening right after the update. Very frustrating.

I am putting a call into SU tomorrow. A friend had the same problem a while ago but she said it hasn't happened lately. I will keep you all updated here on what I find out.

So I've got the problem to stop. I read in another post about "anchoring your canvas". I didn't really think that would matter, but believe it or not it did.

If you are currently in window mode, go to the the view menu and select "anchor Canvas. I've re-arranged several pages without a glitch!

I prefer to work in window mode but as long as the program will cooperate and allow me to finish my father's day gift then I'm happy for now. but Ultimately I would like it to be fixed. I hope this helps everyone else!

Wow, I think it works!! I am so glad you figured that out. I need to get this album done before the printing discount ends tomorrow. I, too, will give SU a call.

YES!!! I had to "force quit" my MDS so many times last night, I got very little done...I will try this out and see if it works! Thanks!

Thanks! I work on my MDS in the evening and of course they are closed when I want to call and keep forgetting. I will try this...I hope it works for me! If I do call and find out anything else I will let you know. Sorry for the delay Martha but thank you!
